Talentboard allows students to apply to multiple companies with one application, which is accepted by our member companies, including eBay, Figma, Netflix, Cloudera, Robinhood and more. Talentboard streamlines an essential part of the recruiting process for both employers and students.


TalentBoard Fast Track is our exclusive program that allows candidates to move through the recruitment process faster completing their initial rounds of interviews with the Fast Track program. TalentBoard Member Companies love Fast Track candidates because it streamlines their own recruiting process; getting successful Fast Track candidates to the later stages of the interview process quickly. This allows both candidates and recruiters to spend more time evaluating mutual culture fit and technology interests. Candidates save time doing multiple technical screens and first round interviews while also having confidence that their applications will be reviewed by the member companies they want to work for. 


Talentboard is a central location for candidates of any background to discover opportunities & make it easy for them to access those opportunities. What is Talentboard Fast Track?

Talentboard Fast Track is our exclusive program for underrepresented candidates interested in software engineering apprenticeships, internships & entry level jobs.

Candidates accepted into the Fast Track program are able to move to the final interview stages stage of the companies they are most excited about.


When Can I Start Working on my TalentBoard Fast Track Application?

Talentboard Fast Track operates one application windows for each type of job opportunity every year, the application windows are:

Full Time Jobs

  • Applications Accepted – September 1 – 15. 
  • Interviews: September 7 – September 31

Summer Internships –

  • Applications Accepted – September 1 – 15. 
  • Interviews: September 7 – September 31

Fall Internships

  • Applications Accepted – September 1 – 15. 
  • Interviews: September 7 – September 31

Spring Internships

  • Applications Accepted – September 1 – 15. 
  • Interviews: September 7 – September 31

Apprenticeships

  • Applications Accepted – September 1 – 15. 
  • Interviews: September 7 – September 31

Students can create an account at any time and begin the interview process when the new application window opens. To start, applicants go to talentboard.io to create an account and begin the interview process through the platform. Students can keep track of deadlines, get updates on their application status and through TalentBoard on web or mobile.


How Long Does It Take to Complete the TalentBoard Fast Track Application?

The time it takes to complete the application and interviews depends on the students and on an employers requirements. On average, it takes prepared students two weeks to complete the minimum requirements of the TalentBoard application. Timing for additional requirements from specific companies of interest vary based on scheduling but typically take no longer than an additional 2-3 weeks.
