Technical Assessment Data you can trust

We’ve partnered with leading technical assessment companies.

All candidates take a technical assessment powered by our partner CodeSignal via their General Coding Assessment ( GCA). GCA is an EEOC-compliant standardized test designed to measure the fundamental computer programming skills.  see a sample report here.

We also offer candidates the opportunity to take a live technical interview with our partner Karat.
