Alexandra Finkel is Bustle Digital Group’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion. A founding editor of Bustle, she now manages editorial recruiting, DEI efforts, and site operations across all of BDG’s properties. She previously worked at Condé Nast in business development and graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Yuliya Mykhaylovska leads university talent programs at Greylock. She works with technical university talent (software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and product managers) for Greylock-backed companies and meets with both undergraduate and graduate-level students. Before this role, she managed the internship component of the Stanford in New York program, focusing on student career advising, professional development, employer relations, and alumni engagement. Prior to her role at Stanford, she was the platform manager at Lerer Hippeau in New York, a seed-focused VC fund. She is an immigrant from Ukraine who grew up in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Stanford University.
